After growing up in Livonia and Northville, Michael Ross has been a resident of Bloomfield Township for over 12 years.
Mike attended University of Detroit School of Law, where he authored two articles in University of Detroit Law Review on employment discrimination and product liability. For one year, he was Executive Editor in charge of articles written by outside authors for University of Detroit Law Review. He graduated cum laude in 1991. He went on to pass the Michigan bar exam in 1991, and the Ohio bar exam in 1992.
Joining OAS after law school, Mike has focused on product liability and employment law, but his forte is appeal work. He has successfully argued appeals in a wide variety of civil cases in Michigan, Ohio, and the Sixth Circuit.
Mike is married and enjoys creative writing, golfing, snowmobiling and skiing. He is also a sports “fanatic.”
